TEDxCUHK is an annual conference organized by students of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), affiliated with TED. With the spirit of 'Ideas Worth Sharing', each year we invite speakers of various backgrounds to share their stories and ideas, aiming to inspire fellow schoolmates and other members of CUHK, and to propagate the voices to the community and beyond.

As the theme of TEDxCUHK 2017 annual conference, ‘Sound (un)heard’ will bring out ideas and avocations to the audience, especially the ones that are ‘soundless’. Minorities, environmental conservation, technologies, you name it. Together with the participants, we work to turn up the volume of issues people usually are not aware of, and to make unheard sounds, heard.
