The 6th CUHK Alumni Inter-college Golf Competition was another rousing success, held on 21 September at the Phoenix Hill Golf Club in Dongguan. The sunny day saw 45 CUHK alumni participate in four teams, respectively from Graduate School, United College, Chung Chi College and New Asia College.

Graduate School’s eight golfers are all Business School alumni from the MBA, EMBA and OneMBA postgraduate programmes. Following a competitive day on the golf course, Ricky Law (EMBA 2008) and Patrick Yeung (MBA 1989) won “Closest to the Pin”, while Robert Peng (EMBA 2003) won “Net Champion”. Congratulations to our winners!

Organised by the CUHK Alumni Golf Association, the event promoted healthy living through sports and provided a relaxed outdoor setting for CUHK alumni to network. Robert Peng, an EMBA alumnus and team captain of the Graduate School Golf Team, was thrilled to spend a day with his fellow alumni golfers. “This active outdoor event provided a wonderful opportunity to bring together alumni from different programmes for our favourite hobby – golf. I was particularly grateful to witness the strong team spirit of our energetic Business School golfers on our Graduate School team,” he said.

The lively event concluded with an award presentation, followed by a casual dinner for the participants. We would like to take this opportunity to extend our heartfelt congratulations on the success of this fun-filled golfing event.
