New Alumni Event Portal launched: Enjoy seamless registration! (with quick walkthrough)
The new CUHK Business School Alumni Event Portal is officially launched!
Housed under the current alumni website, this new platform is designed to make engagement easier than ever by introducing a streamlined, hassle-free event registration experience. No more filling out your basic details every single time you sign up for an event — simply set up your secure account once, and you can effortlessly track your registrations, obtain your entry QR codes, and enjoy seamless access to our upcoming alumni activities.
📌 Please Note: Creating an account does not mean you are registered for an event! To make sure you successfully sign up, follow the step-by-step guide to (1) create an account, (2) receive our email to confirm your account is active, and (3) click on the event desired to complete your registration!
For first-time login
Step 1: Visit the portal and choose your preferred login method
Please keep in mind that if you select the traditional Account Login (email/password) for your first setup, the system will not be able to link or enable WeChat One-Click Login for your account later on.
Option A: WeChat login
Step 2: Bypass the Account Settings
Step 3: Fill in your alumni information and click “Submit”
If your alumni information is successfully verified, you will see the following screen. Now that your account is set up, you can proceed to register for our events! 
Option B: Email login
Step 2: Fill in your account information and click “Submit”

Event Registration
Once logged in, click your desired event to register! Complete all required fields and follow the instructions to make your payment. Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email.
Practical tips
Tip 1: If the system is unable to verify your alumni information when you set up your account, you will see the following screen with an alert message and receive a notification email. Please email alumni_baf@cuhk.edu.hk the required details for follow up.
Once your alumni information is manually verified by us, you will receive the following notification email to confirm that your account is active. You can then proceed to register for our events!
Tip 2: Remember, you can return to the Homepage at any time when browsing the portal by clicking the arrow in the top-left corner.
