CUHK Business School 60th Anniversary Alumni Gathering in Beijing

The global alumni gathering, commemorating the 60th anniversary of CUHK and CUHK Business School, has finally reached its grand finale in Beijing! We cordially invite all CUHK Business School alumni in Beijing and the surrounding areas to attend the alumni luncheon on 29 October 2023 (Sun). Event Rundown

Time: 12:00 noon (registration will start at 11:30am)
Venue: Hilton Beijing (1 Dong Fang Road, North Dongsanhuan Road, Beijing | map)
Fee: HKD 115 (approximately RMB 100, after subsidised by the Alumni Office of CUHK Business School)
Dress Code: Business casual

Terms & Conditions
1. The event is organised exclusively for alumni from CUHK Business School only. Limited seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Walk-in participation on the event day without prior registration and confirmation will not be accommodated.
3. Unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled, all payments are non-refundable. Yet, seats are transferrable to other CUHK Business School alumni with a condition that the registrant(s) inform the Alumni Office before noon on or before 25 October 2023. No seat transfer will be allowed afterwards.
4. Photos and videos taken at the event are owned by CUHK Business School Alumni Affairs and Development Office (“Alumni Office”), and they will be used for promotional purposes. By joining the event, participants agree to the usage of such photos and videos by the Alumni Office and its authorised parties for promotional purposes unconditionally.
5. CUHK Business School Alumni Office reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event and/ or change the event terms and arrangements at its sole discretion, and it will not be responsible for any loss caused by the postponement, cancellation and/ or change.
