    In recent years, innovation and technology has not only been the focus of the Hong Kong government and corporations, but also an important global trend. Only by keeping abreast of the development of innovation and technology can we make more accurate predictions for the future. New energy vehicle has become a global trend in recent years, especially with the commitment of various countries to reduce emissions and become carbon neutral, the status of new energy vehicles has become even more important. China, for example, has repeatedly introduced subsidies and incentives to encourage citizens to adopt new energy vehicles. In addition to the vehicle itself, the charging system is equally important.

    In view of this, The BBA Alumni Association of CUHK is honoured to invite Mr Allen Yang and Mr Rex Chan, the elites of the new energy vehicle charging industry, to share with us the development trend of the industry in the world.

    Our speakers

    Mr Yang joined the industry at the early stage of the development of new energy electric vehicles. As a charging technology solutions expert, he has worked in 22 countries, and served as strategy investment supervisor and product director in state-owned enterprise, Global TOP 500 company etc, etc. He has a deep understanding of new energy electric vehicles, charging operation and new energy applications.

    Mr Chan is an alumnus of BBA of CUHK and vice-chairman of our  Association. In 2014, he joined EV Power group and responsible for GBA area and built over 1000+ EV charging stations with over a team of 200 staffs in Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Now he is developing EV charging business in South East Asia, South America and Middle East, serving more China EV maker to expand their business globally.
