BBA Alumni Association Annual General Meeting

The BBA Alumni Association Annual General Meeting will be held for the following purposes:

(1) To receive and approve the reports of the Council for the year ended 30 September 2022;
(2) To receive and approve the audited consolidated financial statements and the reports of the Auditors for the year ended 30 September 2022;
(3) To elect Council Members;
(4) To re-appoint Auditors and authorise Council Members to fix Auditors’ remuneration;
(5) Any Other Businesses

All members who wish to attend the AGM shall do pre-registration by email. Please email BBA AA on or before 18 May (Thur) for the details.
