    About the Speaker:
    Dr. Andrew Yuen graduated from CUHK with BBA and MPhil degrees. Later, he obtained his PhD Degree of Transport Economics from Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia, Canada. Currently, he is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Decision Sciences and Managerial Economics, CUHK.

    His main research interests include aviation and maritime economics, industrial organisation and applied econometrics. He published academic papers in various international peer-reviewed journals, including Journal of Transport Economics Policy, Journal of Air Transport Management, Transport Research Parts A and D, Maritime Policy and Management and Pacific Economic Review.

    Mr. Edmund Chan (EMBA 2023), Co-Founder & COO of Meat The Next, is passionate in Food & Beverage industry with a focus in Chain Store Strategies and Manufacturing Operation Excellence in the past 15 years. Currently Edmund is working with two food technology start-ups, aiming to improve the Food and Beverage ecosystem with unique technologies & experience.

    As a C-suite and senior director for Fortune 500 companies & growing companies, Edmund loves change management, turnarounds, and strategically fixing problems and fueling growth. Edmund loves balancing two sides of each business equation and creating values which fit for the market needs, and drive excellence in operations & fulfilment.
