We have put together this handy guide to ensure you won’t miss a moment, and we can’t wait to celebrate your special day with you at the Cheng Yu Tung Building!

Step 1: Pick up your exclusive graduation souvenirs

Mark this milestone with special gifts prepared just for the Class of 2025! Simply update your profile and follow us on our social media channels (LinkedIn or WeChat) to collect your exclusive graduation souvenirs at the designated counter on your graduation day. Supplies are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis – make sure you get yours early!

Step 2: Capture the moment at key photo spots

Grab your loved ones and head to our photo zones! Strike a pose with themed backdrops and fun props on the ground floor of the Cheng Yu Tung building – a memorable way to showcase your CUHK pride and capture moments to treasure.

Step 3: Get your professional portrait

Enjoy our complimentary professional portrait photography service to capture your most shining moments on your big day!

Step 4: Bring home a piece of CUHK Business School

A selection of exclusive CUHK Business School souvenirs will be available for purchase – allowing you to take home a tangible piece of your pride and memories, and to celebrate your lasting ties with your alma mater.

Notes:
1. This event is only open to CUHK Business School Class of 2025 graduates.
2. To redeem your graduation souvenirs, you must provide your alumni number (i.e., your student number) and present (a) the confirmation email of your updated alumni profile or a screenshot of successful submission, and (b) a screenshot showing that you have followed our social media account(s) for verification.
3. Graduation souvenirs are only available for collection in person on the designated day and time of the graduation celebration, i.e., Undergraduates – 6 November 2025 (Thu) / Postgraduates – 8 November 2025 (Sat). Please note that souvenirs cannot be collected by a third party, sent by post and/ or collected at any other time. Your understanding is appreciated.
4. Each graduate is entitled to one set of souvenirs only, which will be distributed while stock lasts and on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of any disputes, the CUHK Business School reserves the right to make the final decision.
5. Photos and videos taken by CUHK Business School and its authorised production teams at the event are owned by CUHK Business School, and they will be used for promotional purposes. By joining the event, participants agree to the usage of such photos and videos by CUHK Business School and its authorised parties for promotional purposes unconditionally.
6. CUHK Business School reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or modify the event arrangements and terms at its sole discretion without prior notice and shall not be held liable for any resulting losses.
