CUHK Business School is committed to strengthening its global alumni ties through our  (GAAs). Over the past two terms, we are privileged to have the support from over 120 dedicated GAAs across six continents to forge valuable connections in our overseas alumni community. Now we are calling for support to create meaningful impacts worldwide.

All alumni who reside outside of Hong Kong and mainland China* are welcome to SIGN UP as our esteemed GAAs*.  As a GAA, you will represent CUHK Business School in your region of residence, serving as a bridge to:

  • CONNECT overseas alumni to the alumni community and CUHK Business School especially in areas not covered by any alumni organisations
  • PROMOTE our global presence, and support its development
  • SUPPORT activities organised by the CUHK Business School community  (if any)

What is in for you?

As a GAA for the 2025 – 2027 term, you will receive an exclusive Starter Kit* with tools and materials to recognise your esteemed role, helping you connect with alumni in your locality. Throughout your two-year tenure, you will enjoy regular communications and opportunities to meet like-minded alumni at events and gatherings, all while growing your network.

This will be a rewarding journey, not only about giving back, but also about building meaningful connections and making a positive impact on the alumni community and beyond. Hear what our current GAAs have to say about it:

Regina Hau (EMBA 2018), Singapore

Serving as a GAA has been one of the most rewarding parts of my alumni journey, keeping me closely connected with CUHK Business School. From hosting gatherings and welcoming new graduates to checking in with alumni during festive seasons, I feel truly part of a global family. Being a GAA reminds me that business is ultimately about people, and I look forward to contributing more as a bridge-builder in our alumni community!

Ivy Chio (PACC 2011), United States

As a GAA, I have the chance to pay forward the support I received on my journey to New York. Welcoming CUHK Business School alumni and carrying on the Lion Rock spirit in our new home has been incredibly rewarding. It’s heartwarming to see how we continue to connect, no matter where we are in the world.

Keith Cheung (QFIN 2014), the United Kingdom

Being part of this process has given me meaning beyond just adapting to a new environment – it’s about helping others feel at home, too.

 Regina Fu (IBBA 1999), Japan

Taking on the role of GAA allowed me to reconnect with CUHK Business School, even from afar. The memories, friendships, and international recognition of our alma mater continue to inspire me. Looking forward to organising more great events in the years ahead!
