CUHK Business School Alumni Network Ontario debuts with momentum in the heart of Toronto
The CUHK Business School Alumni Network Ontario orchestrated an engaging seminar and networking event on January 27 in Toronto. It provided a valuable platform for dozens of alumni spanning various generations and programmes, fostering both connections and knowledge exchange.
The event kicked off with an insightful keynote from Dr Terence Yuen, an economist and influencer. With “Small Fish with Big Moves in 2024: Insights from an Economist” as the theme of his speech, Dr Yuen delved into the dynamic global landscape, offering valuable guidance on navigating and preparing for changes. His advice on career planning in Canada, especially pertinent for recent immigrants, highlighted the importance of technical expertise and networking skills in advancing professional trajectories.
