    Dear Alumni,

    Happy Chinese New Year and wish you a safe and healthy Year of the Rat! In the recently announced Financial Times Global MBA Ranking 2020, our programme moved up seven places to #50, once again re-entering the Global Top 50. This is a reflection of the strong career progression of our alumni, and the continuous improvement that the MBA programme has strived to achieve.

    Our advantage within the Greater Bay Area, the strong bond within our 6,000+ MBA alumni community, and its credentials of equipping students for career change and progression all make CUHK MBA a competitive programme. Each year when we interview candidates, those referred by alumni can be easily identified – in addition to a solid understanding of CUHK MBA, they are a great fit and remain close and loyal to the MBA community even after their studies. With that, we are introducing the Alumni Referral Programme for Intake 2020 and hope to get your full support on this.

    The process is simple – if you have referred a friend, family member or colleague to apply to our MBA programmes for Intake 2020, kindly email us at mba@cuhk.edu.hk with his/her full name. All candidates referred by CUHK MBA alumni will receive a guaranteed interview.

    Admission Requirements

    • Have a recognized bachelor’s degree with honors (not lower than second class lower division or B grade) or equivalent professional qualification
    • Three years of full-time post-qualification work experience is expected
    • Fulfill English Language Proficiency Requirement
    • Provide a satisfactory GMAT or GRE score that is within 5 years

    *For the Full-time Programme, applicants who possess outstanding academic performance and career progression but with less work experience could be considered
    **GMAT/GRE exemptions may be considered for applicants of Part-time Programme with over seven years’ working experience, including five years in a managerial position, subject to the approval from the Admission Committee
