Alumni Association Council Members in Greater China Reunited at Town Hall to Envision New Possibilities
The CUHK Business School prides itself on a robust alumni community spanning nearly 50 regions worldwide thanks to the support and contributions of Alumni Associations (AA) and their members. Riding on the success of the inaugural AA Town Hall for Council Members last summer, the Alumni Office of the CUHK Business School rolled out the second meeting on 27 August to drive closer connection with AAs and explore further collaborative opportunities to continue the legacy and co-create a brighter future.
In view of the epidemic, the second AA Town Hall again leveraged a hybrid mode to facilitate constructive dialogues on the development of the alumni community. While representatives from seven AAs/ Alumni Chapters managed to join physically in Hong Kong, another seven AAs in other part of Greater China also gathered in their own ways to show support. Let’s take a glimpse of the vivid event via the photo highlights below.
Event Highlights

Iris shared exciting plans in the 22/23 school year
At the group discussion session, council members exchanged their views on the role and vision of AAs, especially in view of the approaching 60th anniversary of the CUHK Business School. They showed great passion and dedication to tap into the special occasion and driver stronger community support for their alma mater. Following the onsite sharing, AA representatives joining online also shared updates and plans. With the pandemic situation continues to be stabilised and social distancing measures relaxed, they are prepared to reinvigorate local alumni networks by bringing offline activities and other physical engagement efforts back.
